Previously the only way to get a book to show up in your pull list was if it was associated with one of your favorite creators. Behold: keywords!

Comics matching your keywords will appear in your weekly pull list. So, let's suppose I like Futurama comics but the book changes creators from issue to issue. All I do is add the keyword "Futurama" and I'm chillin' like Hedonism-bot.

To manage your own keywords, log in, and go to your account page.

A disclaimer: since ComicScout's comics are derived from Diamond Distributors shipping list, spelling will be an issue. There's often all manner of typo. If your keyword is "hulk" and they spell it "hluk", the comic isn't going to show up. This will happen rarely but I wanted to give you a heads up.

Similarly, keep in mind the standard spelling of characters and titles. For example, it's "Spider-man" 99% of the time, spelled with a dash. A "spiderman" keyword isn't going to do you much good. "spider-man" is the way to go.

Hooray, this is the best feature ever!

Love it, thanks! Just wish you could do it by series instead of keyword, but I know that's probably a lot more work.

I'd have to map every title to its series manually which would totally suck. I might be able to make some kind of automatic mapping but it probably wouldn't be any better than the keywords. There might be a logical way to do it. I'll think about it.
